My people management experience has included being responsible for individuals’ career paths directly reporting to me, managing outside contractors and vendors, and also leading project teams with multidisciplinary members.
Through design leadership, I have championed a user-centered process to develop products and services based on insights.
I have experience using a range of insight gathering methodologies: from running cross‐functional workshops using techniques like co‐creation, to conducting in-home ethnographic interviews to listen and observe.
The key is being able to translate the findings into usable, actionable information. I excel at understanding the audience and presenting the outcomes of insight gathering. I transform those insights into opportunities, ideation, and realized products and services that matter to users and build brand loyalty. I have a wealth of experience in taking ideas from a napkin sketch through to beautifully executed production, but my real strength lies in front end development of insights-based products that users need and want.
